REFUND POLICY
At Dinkaholic, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We will issue a reprint or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your order was lost in transit
- You received the wrong item or size due to our error
To request a reprint or refund, please contact us via our Contact Page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
Please note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
